EU and EEA consumers: if we cannot resolve your complaint internally, you may search for a certified ADR body via the Consumer Redress in the EU portal (section 7.2 of our Terms).
UK consumers: if we cannot resolve your complaint internally, we are willing to submit the dispute to ADR through our nominated provider, Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) (approved under the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) ADR scheme). This satisfies the UK's ADR information duties under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes Regulations 2015. The EU ODR platform is not relevant to UK consumers after Brexit.
